AusieOlive receive order and post it to any where worldwide, except for Taiwan where we believe you can order some locally. However, you can order direct to us for items un-available locally.

Product Care for Shipment
We do not charge handling fee for AusieOlive product care service to send your order. Each order is packed with care & protection in order to reach you in a good shape. We send most orders by Australia Post or Fastway couriers services.

Australian orders: we heavily subsidize the freight for our customers. Flat freight in this website is for customers in Australia only. Please allow 3 to 7 working days delivery time to major cities. Certain regional area may take up to 8 days. As we may use courier service, we need physical address of purchaser.

International order: Olive soaps, aromatherapy soaps, body soothing oils, Lotion & handcream with airless bottle can be sent with Australian Pouch (well protected inside) at affordable rate. Cream and other products in glass jars or bottles need to be sent by registered post or post office Courier service. Based on this, the postal service takes about 2 weeks to ship to the US and Canada and about a week to Europe and many parts of Asia. Please contact us for the best freight to your country.

AusieOlive generally ship goods out twice to three times a week. Occasionally, if goods are not in stock, the lead time to shipping may be delayed by a week or two. AusieOlive charge shipping per order lot that becomes a very affordable option to shop.

We take the best care for product shipment. Damages claim related to freight handling is the responsibility of the purchaser and not the AusieOlive's.
